Academic Facilities
Yamuna Group of Institutes provides a magnificent and comprehensive range of facilities within the campus for its students. The classrooms at Yamuna Group of Institutes are contemporary, equipped with ceiling mounted LCD projectors and computers. The Institutes frequently organizes National & International level Conferences and Seminars on various themes and disciplines to promote industry interaction for its students.
The auditoriums at Yamuna are up to date with state-of-the-art multimedia systems which can be used for presentations, seminars, fests and other academic events. The various libraries are well equipped with a vast number of books, journals, magazines and newspapers for students. The development of state-of-the-art infrastructure and technical facilities has been a continuous process at Yamuna Group of Institutes. The laboratories provide practical exposure to various subjects and give an opportunity to the students to experiment with what they have learned in classrooms.
Conference Hall
Each institute has fully equipped conference hall as part of the ultra-modern infrastructure. The Hall is fully furnished with all the mandatory facilities. It has a capacity of approximately 200 attendees. The number of educational events held in this Hall. The Halls have state-of-the-art audio-visual and presentation tools to facilitate lively discussion.
Science Labs
Our physics and chemistry laboratories have sufficient equipment to enable each students to perform the experiments individually. These Labs are equipped with different types of apparatus for testing of materials. Computer Centre
The Institute has set up a state-of-the-art Computer Centre, which is equipped with most modern Machines, connected with servers. All the computers are connected through LAN and WAN with the latest system and application software.
Physical Education
All kinds of outdoor and indoor games and sports are available in the Campus under the able guidance of a dynamic and efficient Director of Sports. Sports are an important activity which is carried out to encourage a sense of healthy & all round development of the students. The Yamuna Group of Institutions has well maintained sprawling play fields separately for the boys and the girls, which include: Riffle & Pistol shooting range, synthetic Basketball Court and International Level synthetic Tennis Courts, Volleyball, Football, Cricket, Badminton courts and facility for many indoor games.
Lecture Theaters
Yamuna Group realizes the importance of giving additional inputs to the students in the form of expert lectures in addition to academic knowledge being imparted during classroom lectures.
Library
Yamuna Group of Institutions (YGI) has 5 libraries across all its campus area, which relate to BDS (YIDSR), Engineering & Technology (YIET), Nursing (YIN), Education (YIE) and Polytechnic Courses (YPE). The collection of more than 68,000 books at all the 5 libraries of the group is the result of continuing commitment by management, librarians, faculty and students to build one of the best libraries in the region in a very short span of 12 years. The YGI Libraries subscribe to over 180 National & International Journals & magazines in print. Access to an additional 2300+ online journals is available through electronic resources subscribed by the Library. The YGI Libraries are also having institutional membership of DELNET (Development Library Network), which facilitates access to free online journals, and other miscellaneous services like ILL (Inter Library Loan)
