ABOUT YGI
The Yamuna Group of Institutions (YGI) has been established by Ch. Lekh Raj Educational & Charitable Trust presently with five institutions namely (i) Yamuna Institute of Engineering & Technology (YIET), Yamuna Polytechnic for Engineering (YPE), Yamuna Institute of Nursing (YIN), Yamuna Institute of Education (YIE), and Yamuna Institute of Dental Sciences & Research (YIDSR) in a quiet, peaceful and pollution-free village Gadholi, with the objective to impart high-quality professional education. Gadholi is situated on National Highway – 344 connecting Jagadhri with Chandigarh at a distance of about 15 Km from Jagadhari/Yamuna Nagar, a twin industrial city and district town in Haryana.
Both the engineering institutions — YIET and YPE – are approved by All India Council of Technical Education, New Delhi, and Govt. of Haryana. YIET is affiliated with one of the premier universities, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, whereas YPE is affiliated with Haryana State Board of Technical Education. YIDSR is recognised by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Dental Council of India and is affiliated with Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak.
